- What is a split size order?
In addition to the 2 fixed parameters, the mount attached to the watch and the lock of the watch, we want to offer more specific choices for customers to suit watches with special designs. Currently, we are offering customers 3 sizes of products: Small (65mm and 105mm), Medium (70mm and 115mm) and Large (75mm and 125mm) for the length of 2 wires, now you can choose a mix of lengths, e.g. 70mm-105mm or 65mm-125mm.
- Why is it important for customers to have more choices of wire sizes?
While Small, Medium and Large are sizes that will suit most people, if you are a customer who loves precision and is particularly interested in the way and where the band and buckle are on the wrist, you may want to have different lengths for both and the side of the band. In addition, for special watches such as Grand Seiko, the 2 sides of the strap are quite different in size, it is extremely necessary to choose a separate strap size.

We aim to provide the best shopping experience and help you get the perfect fit for you. For our regular and experienced customers, they usually know exactly what strap length is required and often have to order separately to get the right product.
With this split-size ordering test, this is the first time that a strap manufacturing company has allowed customers to order sizes separately for both the long and short ends of an available strap. We expect this action to spark more discussion and sharing about the size of the band!
- Can I order strap products in different sizes?
Currently, in addition to the basic sizes, our website has a note section so that customers can choose a different cord length compared to the available sizes. However, because it is a custom-designed wire, the completion time will be longer than the available wire models.
